One way we manage costs at Holy City HC is by offering Telehealth-only services for provider appointments. Where we set ourselves apart is by placing an experienced Critical Care RN right in your home, ensuring personalized support and high-quality care.
During your first visit, we will perform a comprehensive assessment. To help our providers create an optimal care plan, please bring all relevant medical records and a complete medical/surgical history. We also encourage you to note any questions or concerns in advance so they can be thoroughly addressed during your visit.
Holy City HC accepts most major insurance providers. At this time, we do not accept Medicaid. Please note that the startup fee and monthly fees are not covered by insurance but can be offset through an FSA/HSA. Speak to your RN about how you can maximize savings.
You can book an appointment by visiting our website, calling our helpline, or using the Athenahealth mobile app if you’re a current client.
Our Critical Care RNs are highly skilled at identifying red flags or sudden changes in a client’s condition. With exceptional assessment abilities, they serve as the provider’s eyes and ears, ensuring swift and accurate responses to any emerging health concerns.
At Holy City HC, our startup fees allow us to limit the number of patients each provider serves, ensuring you receive the highest quality care and helping to prevent provider burnout. Unlike many concierge services, we offer personalized in-home support as part of our commitment to you. Depending on your chosen subscription tier, certain services are included in the fee to maximize your benefits.
We utilize a tier-based subscription plan in order to tailor our services best to each customer. Your RN will help you decide which is best for you. All of our services however are available on a one off basis.
