Holy City Healthcare Consultants is a concierge medical practice that operates entirely in patients’ homes across the Charleston metro. Licensed Nurse Practitioners diagnose and prescribe. Critical Care Registered Nurses deliver the care at your address, seven days a week from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Some people use us once, for a bag of fluids on a bad day. Others use us as their primary care. The clinical standard is the same either way, and every service below is delivered the same way: a provider decides, a nurse comes to you.

Mobile IV Therapy

Whole Health Management, the membership

A Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse led concierge practice delivered inside your home. Members get priority access to in-home primary and urgent care, their own critical care nurse, and 24/7 access to the clinical team. Membership fees are HSA and FSA eligible when applied to qualified medical services.

Why a house call beats a clinic visit

Being in the home is the clinical advantage, not just the convenience.

A clinic sees a version of you that got dressed and drove there. Your house shows the rest, and most of what matters in medicine is in the rest. What is actually in the medicine cabinet. Whether the monitor is being used or is in a drawer. The stairs you have quietly stopped using.

That is the whole argument for this model. It is also why our nurses are critical care trained, because the useful skill in someone’s living room is knowing what you are looking at.

Which service do I actually need?

Call and describe the situation. Most people phone about one thing and turn out to need something simpler or something different. We would rather point you to the right service, or tell you to see somebody else entirely, than book you into the wrong one.

No. Every service can be booked as a one-off. Whole Health Management membership lowers pricing on some services and adds 24/7 access, but it is optional.

Same day is usually possible for urgent care and IV therapy, and next day almost always. Ongoing services like primary care and hormone therapy start with a scheduled evaluation rather than an urgent visit.

IV therapy starts at $210 for non-members and the GLP-1 weight loss program is $250 a month. Everything else is quoted before anything is scheduled, because the price depends on what your case actually needs.

Ask us when you call and we will explain plainly what applies to your situation rather than guessing here. Whole Health Management membership fees are HSA and FSA eligible when applied to qualified medical services.
