A nurse comes to you. Most visits take 45 to 60 minutes.
Mobile IV therapy brings hydration, vitamins and medications to your home, hotel or office anywhere in the Charleston metro. A critical care trained Registered Nurse arrives, places the IV, stays with you for the entire infusion, and packs everything out when you are finished. Most visits run 45 to 60 minutes including setup and aftercare.
IV hydration starts at $180 for members and $210 for non-members. Same day and next day appointments are usually available. Every infusion is reviewed by a licensed Nurse Practitioner before a nurse is dispatched, and all fluids and medications are prepared in a pharmacy.

What Charleston patients say about their IV visit
Looking for an IV bar in Charleston?
Same drip, different medicine. The difference is who decides what goes in it.
An IV bar or IV spa is a walk-in lounge. You drive there, pick a drip off a menu by name, and someone hangs it. It is fast, it is social, and for a healthy person who wants fluids and B vitamins it is a reasonable product.
We are the other model. A licensed nurse practitioner reviews your history and prescribes the components, the dose and the frequency. A critical care trained Registered Nurse then brings it to your house and stays for the whole visit. Nobody hands you a menu, because choosing your own infusion is the part that should not be a customer decision.
If you want the lounge, Charleston has them. If you would rather not drive, and you would rather a clinician decided what goes in the bag, that is us.
How an in home IV visit works
Four steps, start to finish, usually inside a single afternoon.

Intake
Questionnaire and consent
You complete a short electronic clinical questionnaire and consent form. It covers your health history, current medications and what you are hoping the infusion will do.
Provider evaluation
Telehealth with a Nurse Practitioner
A licensed Nurse Practitioner reviews your intake by telehealth and decides whether IV hydration or infusion therapy is appropriate for you. If it is, they prescribe the components, the dose and the frequency.
Infusion at home
Critical care trained RN
A Registered Nurse arrives at your home, hotel or office, places the IV and monitors your comfort and tolerance for the whole visit. Most sessions run 45 to 60 minutes including setup and aftercare.
Follow up
Adjusted over time
If you continue, infusions are reviewed and adjusted based on how you responded. Therapies can be changed or stopped entirely at the provider’s direction.
Provider directed infusions, not a drip menu
Holy City HC does not publish a retail drip list. We keep a small set of foundational infusions that our providers use as clinical tools, chosen for you rather than picked off a board. Availability does not mean appropriateness. What you actually receive is decided by the prescribing provider.
Foundational infusions
- Precision IV hydration
- High dose Vitamin C
- NAD+ therapy
Add ons, when medically indicated
- Glutathione, for antioxidant defense and detoxification
- Vitamin B12, for energy metabolism and neurologic support
- Vitamin D, when a deficiency is identified
- Ondansetron, to help manage nausea
- Ketorolac, for short term pain or inflammation
- Famotidine, to support gastric comfort

So professional, accommodating and informative. We did IV drips with Holy City on my friend’s bachelorette and had an amazing experience. Definitely recommend!
